Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original packaging

  • in a resalable condition

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided by email.

Hygiene & Product Use

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • fragrance oils where the seal has been broken

  • diffusers that have been used or installed with fragrance oil

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email help@noblparfums.com with your order number and reason for return.

We aim to respond within 1 working day.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at help@noblparfums.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If a fault or error is confirmed, we will provide return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact us at help@noblparfums.com.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
