Waterless Design

The Grand 300 is a waterless diffuser.

Do not add water to the unit or fragrance bottle at any time. Using water may cause damage and is not covered under warranty.

Weekly Cleaning

To keep performance consistent, gently clean the diffuser once a week.

  • Wipe the atomiser opening (the small hole where the mist is released) using a cotton swab or soft cloth

  • Do not insert sharp objects into the opening

This helps prevent residue build-up and ensures even scenting.

IPA Flush (Recommended When Changing Fragrances)

When changing fragrance bottles, we recommend performing a short flush using IPA (Isopropyl alcohol).

How to perform the flush:

  1. Ensure the fragrance oil bottle is empty

  2. Add approximately ¼ inch of IPA to the bottle

  3. Screw the bottle back into the diffuser

  4. In the app, set the diffuser to run continuously (no pause interval)

  5. Run the diffuser for 10 minutes

  6. Remove the bottle, discard the IPA, and insert your new fragrance bottle

This process clears any remaining oil from the internal system and helps maintain optimal performance.

Important Notes

  • Use IPA only

  • Do not mix IPA with fragrance oil

  • Allow the diffuser to sit for a few minutes after the flush before inserting a new fragrance
