Set Up Your Grand 300™ in Minutes

1. What’s Inside the Box

2. Open & Add Fragrance Oil

⚠️ Important: Use fragrance oil only. Do not add water.

  1. Hold the magnetic key over the small circular cut-out on the upper right side panel to release the bottle.
  2. Remove the empty bottle and insert your chosen diffuser oil.
  3. Plug in the diffuser — it will start running on default settings.
  4. Download the app to adjust scent strength and scheduling.

Download the Scent Master Pro app on your phone:

Once installed, open the app and allow Bluetooth access when prompted so it can connect to your diffuser.

4. Connect to the Diffuser

  • Enable Bluetooth on your phone
  • Select device — tap the name starting with a short code (e.g. BXXXJ-…)
  • Enter password — default is 9999, then confirm

5. Create & Manage Schedules

  • Label scent: Use Note to name the oil inside
  • Intensity: Adjust fan level (Off · Low · High)
  • Schedules: Tap + (up to 5)
  • Edit: Tap the time of the schedule
  • On / Off: Toggle anytime

6. Program a Schedule

  • Select days – Tap the days you want the diffuser to run
  • Set hours – Choose a Start and End time

Set frequency

  • Work – Diffusion time per cycle (e.g. 10s)
  • Pause – Rest time between cycles (e.g. 120s)
  • Save – Tap Confirm to apply
  • Delete – Tap the red X, then the red delete icon on the right

Optional: HVAC Installation

For whole-home scenting via your HVAC system.

  1. Attach the included hose to the diffuser’s outlet using the quick-connect nozzle. Position the diffuser near a power source and check the hose length.
  2. Drill a small hole in the HVAC supply duct, just wide enough for the hose. Insert the hose 3–4 inches into the duct.
  3. Secure everything in place, then use the app to test and adjust scent output.
