Yes. We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. If the diffuser isn’t right for you, you may return it for a refund — even if it has been opened and used, provided it’s returned in reasonable condition.

The Grand 300 is designed for larger spaces and can scent areas up to 300 square metres. In smaller rooms, we recommend using shorter working periods with longer pause intervals in the app.

A 200ml bottle typically lasts around 3–4 months with regular home use.

Using lower intensity settings and scheduled pause periods in the app can extend usage further, while higher intensity or continuous operation will shorten the lifespan.

Yes. The diffuser is fully app-controlled and requires the app to operate.

Very little. Occasionally wipe the mist nozzle with a soft cloth, and run the device with a small amount of IPA for 10 minutes when switching scents to keep the system clear.
